Bill is a great person and extremely helpful. He will do everything he can to make his customers happy and give them what they are looking for. It was a pleasure doing business with him. They have a wide range of homes that are beautiful and well worth the price.

They had a lot of models with different manufactures. We looked at several nice models. The problem is cost. A mobile home or manufactured is built less expensively and doesnt hold its value as good as site built. There are lots of additional fees such as lot set up moving to your lot and prepping the lot. For a 140k home we were all in around 210k which is crazy when I can can get a new home on a lot for 170k in spring hill.

Paula was the most helpful in our search for a gorgeous home and property. She has the most upbeat and positive attitude you could ever ask for in a person. She is willing to meet with us on a sunday because of my husbands work schedule. I can not wait to meet her at the property that she is showing us, she has already sent me pictures of the home on the property and I am ecstatic to meet with her and do the walk through. There needs to be more people in the world like Paula, understanding and helpful. There are too many people in the world that are passing judgement instead helping those in need. I recently done a job in zephyrhills for Ganey homes, I do a lot of mobile home pads. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and he was very thorough on how his 32x76 pad would be built. Robert even went above and beyond it was a very steep slope for house to come in and he had me build a ramp so house wouldn’t be put in a hard bind or tweaked any getting onto the site.. Robert will take good care and make sure the job is done well. Thanks for the business

We stopped in today and right away was greeted by Matt . He was very knowledgable and friendly . We looked through all the model homes ( they are beautiful and breathtaking!) And just started the process hopefully to move into one of the homes!

The most amazing homes and fair prices

Before I get to details, let me just say Bill was great! If he's not around I would suggest to wait until he is. If you never purchased a mobile home, which I hadn't until now, it is a process. Bill walked us threw every step and was very patient with us when we were frantic. An example of their stellar customer service is when our well collapsed a couple of days before we were due to move in. Bill, Matt, Dyan & the contractor made sure it was up & running the very next day. What Bill didn't know about financing, Dyan did. She was able to explain everything & expedite our loan process. She even came to my house & husbands work when signatures were needed. That is great customer service which you don't see too much of these days. Before we purchased this mobile home we looked into tiny homes, but that was just too small for us. We ended up purchasing the "Cambridge" by Maynardville. It's a single wide, but 2 ft wider & 4 ft longer than the standard model. It is perfect for the 2.5 of us.Sidenote: If you need high speed internet (which I do since I work from home), I suggest you contact internet providers to see if they offer service at the address you're looking at before purchasing.

Stopped in today to talk about a new home. We sat with Bill Latte for about an hour talking about what we wanted and our financial situation (which is not great at the moment). He did not blow us off. He spent so much time explaining the in and outs. Although, we are not in a position to buy right now we will be going back here when we are able to purchase what we want. We have been to several dealers and this is the first time someone actually cared about our situation and didn't blow us off. Bill Karta rocks.

Although I live in Alabama now .. I am from the Wildwood Florida area and am familiar with Gainey homes and the Homasassa area .... I love their page and their homes area beautiful
